several decades ago in order to develop and maintain my proficiency in using
web creation software, so that I could use those skills in my responsibilities
as a Professor of Political Science at Southeast
Missouri State University. I am now retired, and over the years the software
I used became no longer supported, so the revisions to this site have become less
and less frequent.
